"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

Meet Dr. Hillary Roland

Welcome! I'm a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in women’s health, pediatrics and family medicine.  As a doctor and a new mom, my clinical focus is on correcting female hormone imbalances, relieving pregnancy discomforts, and raising healthy happy kids.

I combine the best of conventional and alternative approaches to provide my patients with the highest-quality care.  I seek to support women during every stage in their lives in order to create a sense of deep well-being that empowers you to be your most authentic and inspired self.

The Care You Deserve

I believe optimal health gives you peak performance physically, mentally and emotionally. My goal is to help women and families build a healthy foundation for achieving optimum wellness.  To achieve this I offer relaxed visits so I can take into account your whole health story.  I then use innovative lab testing to determine your specific patterns of imbalance. Together I create an individualized natural medicine protocol to rebuild your health from the inside out.

What is Naturopathic Medicine?

Naturopathic medicine is a patient-centered model of care that blends the best of modern science and traditional healing wisdom to develop comprehensive treatment plans that not only treat disease but also allow patients to restore optimal health.  Inciting healing, balance, and wellness are fundamental to the therapeutic relationship in naturopathic medicine. We do this, not just by addressing your physical health, but your mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and work to uncover the underlying cause of your symptoms or illness.  Together we remove the obstacles to your healing process with compassion, humor, education, and a number of supportive therapies.

How are you feeling?

Most American women live in a fast-paced world and are part of a society that celebrates productivity and perfectionism. The demands on your system are often extreme.

If you're experiencing hot flashes and/or night sweats, foggy thinking, low libido, depression, fatigue, and/or weight gain in the hips or waist, your hormones might be out of whack.
